RoHS-Richtlinie Carema GmbH

Carema GmbH hereby declares that our products comply with the RoHS 2015/863/EU directive of the European Parliament, which came into effect on June 4, 2015, concerning the restriction of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. Additionally, our products conform to the RoHS-3 directive, effective from July 22, 2019. The restricted substances include:
- Cadmium (Cd)
- Lead (Pb)
- Mercury (Hg)
- Hexavalent Chromium
- Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB)
- Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE)
- Bis(2-Ethylhexyl) Phthalate (DEHP)
- Benzyl Butyl Phthalate (BBP)
- Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP)
- Di-isobutyl Phthalate (DIBP)
The products sold by Carema GmbH are classified as „articles“ under the REACH Regulation (EC) Article 59(10) of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006. Under normal and reasonably foreseeable conditions of use, these articles will not release any Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) or restricted substances. Therefore, Carema GmbH is not required to register these substances or produce material safety data sheets. Our products (articles) do not contain SVHCs or restricted substances above the threshold values established by ECHA and listed on their website.
To ensure the ongoing provision of reliable and safe products to our customers, we guarantee that our suppliers meet all requirements regarding chemical substances and materials. This declaration applies to all our products.
